Yes, it can be used. PVC & UPVC are almost synonyms. The PVC by nature is a rigid material, and plasticizers are used for making it soft. But in UPVC there are no plasticizers used. So they are more rigid and very much appropriate for modular furniture works. Most of our furnitures are made by using UPVC sheets.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a widely produced polymer or synthetic resin made from the polymerisation of vinyl chloride. It's a sheet made of plastic composite that's extremely durable in its purest form. PVC kitchen cabinets look minimalist and are easily replaceable. They’re super easy to clean too.

While acrylic laminates offer a high-end look, PVC laminates are the more economical option. They come in a variety of colours and textures, with the added advantage of higher durability. However, if budget is not a concern for you, nothing speaks class like acrylic laminates.
